NAME is concerned for all information you transmit to us. All personal information will be used only by NAME to maintain membership functions. Your address and telephone information will be made available to NAME representatives only in the region to which you belong. These representatives, called Regional Coordinators and State Representatives may use this information to contact you about NAME member activities in your area or other NAME functions.
